Barbaresco is one of the great wines of Italy's northwestern region Piedmont.

Nose of cherries showing through after half an hour.. The tannins are beginning to integrate reasonably well. After an hour or so, began to open up nicely, with much more fruit, well balanced, some acidity. Some floral notes, a touch of earth.
